Prueba metiendo código embebido en iframe
Para insertar el vídeo se tiene que hacer con el siguiente código:
<iframe src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/796582189?h=a27a84a390" width="640" height="564" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; fullscreen" allowfullscreen=""></iframe>
Si se quisiera ver el vídeo por url sería el siguiente: https://vimeo.com/796582189 Pero no se verá porque está restringido el acceso.
